Admission Policy

A committee will work under the guidelines of Principal.
Committee members:  Ms.  Anita Pasricha (Vice Principal), Ms.  Rupali Gupta (Coordinator - Kindergarten Wing), Ms. Sudha Devi (Coordinator – Primary Wing), Ms. Ritu Prajapati (Admission Counselor), Mr. Sumit Sharma (Student Clerk)
        Preference will be given to girls. 55% Girls Admission and 45% Boys.

  1. Registration for new admission is compulsory.
  2. Enroll their ward for the class in which they seek admission.
  3. Nursery class admission will be given after interaction with the students and the parents.
  4. L.K.G to XI: Admission will be given on after test on merit basis with pass marks (33%).
  5. Admission will be given as per the seats available.
  6. Girls & Boys merit list will be prepared separately.
  7. For Class XI students can select any stream from PCM, PCB and Commerce.

Optional Subjects for Commerce – Maths, Computer Science & Physical education.
Optional Subjects for PCM & PCB – Computer & Physical Education.

  • Transport Facility after admission will be given only on selected routes.

Admission Process

Thank you for your interest in our school. Our school admissions code ensures an objective admissions process that promotes equity and fair access for all.


  • Students are registered with the school upon completion of 3 years of age (by March 31st of the current year).
  • Parents / legal guardians of the child need to be present to complete the registration formalities with the school.
  • Registration Forms are available in the school office.
  • Dates for registration: January 1st onward of every academic year between 9.30 am – 12pm on school working days.
  • Venue: Bill Clinton School, Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur
  • Documentation (to be submitted along with the Registration Form)
  • Birth Certificate: original and a photocopy
  • A photocopy of the Aadhar card.


Admissions to all classes from LKG to IX is on the basis of an Aptitude analysis in English, Hindi and Mathematics. Admission to Class XI (Science and Commerce Streams) is on the basis of the results of the Board examination and or an Aptitude test. The admissions process begins once thestudent is registered. The Aptitude tests for classes LKG to IX, depending on the vacancy positions, are held in the month of March (date will be notified to registered candidates).
All students have to go through an interaction with the Principal before they are granted admission.Both the Aptitude test and interaction will take place in the school campus. The Registration Form is attached with the Prospectus, which can be obtained from the school on payment. The VGCF Management/ represented by President REC locally reserves the right to delete / add / alter / amend / revise / change the contents of the Prospectus at any time and without giving any prior notice.

The Academic year is from April to March and is divided into two terms. The first term is from April to September and the second term is from October to March.

Parents are required to give one months' notice in writing for the withdrawal of a child. School Leaving Certificate will be given when Parents sign the No Dues Certificate and related formalities are completed. The Security Deposit will be refunded only to those students who have been issued with a School-leaving Certificate and this is done only in the session following that in which the student is withdrawn.

The school dues must be paid in time on quarterly basis.
1st Installment- Between 1st March and 15th March.
2ndInstallment - Between 1st July and 15thJuly.
3rd Installment-Between 1st October and 15thOctober,
4th Installment-Between 1st January and 15thJanuary.
In the event of default, a late fee will be charged on the due amount. 

A student must be registered with Bill Clinton School to be considered for admission. The Registration Form is provided with the Prospectus. The Principal reserves the right to admit a student in any class that she deems fit on the basis of an Aptitude analysis. The documents to be submitted to the school once at the time of admission are:-

  • Photocopy of the  Original Birth Certificate 
  • Original Transfer Certificate.
  • Original Mark sheet of previous class passed
  • Medical Certificate
  • Four copies of recent passport size photograph.
  • Migration Certificate for students with non-CBSE Board background.
  • Conduct certificate from the previous school for Grade XI aspirants.
  • Blood Report
  • Copy of Vaccination Card
  • Copy of Aadhar Card
